Welcome to Wavera. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who We Are

Wavera is operated by Aden Teo individual developer based in Singapore.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • • Wavera may offer in-app subscriptions or premium features.
  • • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers and are subject to their policies.
  • • All payments are final. No refunds or additional payment terms are provided beyond platform policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • • All content and data you input into Wavera.
  • • Ensuring your content is lawful and accurate.
  • • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You may not use Wavera for:

  • • Spam, unsolicited messages, or other disruptive activity.
  • • Any illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • • Harassment, impersonation, or misuse of social features.

5. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of Wavera is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described there, including any applicable third-party AI processing.

6. Platform Compliance & Disclaimer

You agree to comply with all applicable platform policies and terms of service.

Wavera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy, or error-free operation. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVERA, ADEN TEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, OR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR AI PROCESSING.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore or, at our option, through Singapore courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Wavera after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
