Account deletion triggers data removal on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee complete removal from all systems, backups, logs, or third-party services that may have processed your data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
9. Your Rights (Subject to Limitations)
You may request to access, update, or delete your data, subject to technical and legal limitations. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete compliance due to system constraints and third-party dependencies.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
